Uncle Bob’s Place, InterIm CDA’s newest affordable housing building, is now accepting pre-applications for leasing studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.  The building is named for beloved and legendary community leader, Bob Santos, who passed away in 2016, and was affectionately known as Uncle Bob to just about everyone.  Our hope is that Uncle Bob’s Place will contribute to the CID’s ongoing sense of community, self-determination, stability, and vibrancy.  Public art by local artists and history exhibits in and on Uncle Bob’s Place will honor and educate about Uncle Bob’s life and legacy within the context of the history of the CID.
