This $6.7 million new construction project provides 51 units of housing targeting larger families with its mix of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom townhomes. It was jointly developed in partnership with St. Andrews Housing Group, with significant outreach done to serve large refugee families living in the Eastside of King County.
