Homeless families with children under 18, please call 211 to request services. Homeless individuals, with verifiable homeless status, may be eligible for financial assistance for security deposit, first month’s rent or short term rental assistance to prevent eviction.

Housing is a basic need and yet a safe, decent, and affordable home is out of reach for many people living in Seattle and the greater metropolitan region. King County’s Homeless Count in 2018 counted 6,320 people living on the streets.
Our Solutions
Housing Services
First by providing direct housing services prevent homelessness.
Rapid Re-housing
Rapid rehousing helps individuals and families leave homelessness and find permanent housing through subsidies such as rental assistance and moving costs. Please note if you are homeless and need housing assistance, contact Catholic Community Services to complete a CEA referral. We only accept referrals through CEA.
Homeless Prevention
If you are interested or have questions regarding our rental assistance program offered by Interim CDA, please provide your name and email address (HP@interimcda.org). Please note our housing program are by Appointments Only. Services are determined by eligibility for Seattle residents Only.
